You agree that YeetCommerce will use the email address you provide upon opening an Account, or any updated email address provided by you, as the primary means of communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). It is your responsibility to monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to YeetCommerce, ensuring it can send and receive messages. Please note that email communications with YeetCommerce can only be verified if they originate from your Primary Email Address.
You are accountable for safeguarding the security of your password. YeetCommerce holds no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password. We retain the right to request additional security measures at any time and may modify these requirements at our discretion.

You consent to refrain from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any aspect of the Service, the use of the Services, or access to the Services without the explicit written permission of YeetCommerce.com.
You agree not to evade, bypass, or find ways around any technical limitations of the Services. This includes activities such as processing orders outside of YeetCommerce’s Checkout, using tools to enable disabled features or functionalities within the Services, or attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services.
You acknowledge and agree not to utilize any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated methods to access the Services or to monitor any material or information from the Services.
You understand that your Materials may be transfer without encryption and may involve (a) transmissions across various networks, and (b) adjustments to comply with the technical needs of connecting networks or devices. “Materials” refer to your Trademarks, copyrighted content, any products or services you sell through the Services (including descriptions and prices), as well as any photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or other data provided or made available by you or your affiliates to YeetCommerce or its affiliates.
The person who signs up for the Service by creating an Account will be regarding as the contracting party (“Store Owner”) according to our Terms of Service. This individual will also have permission to use any associated Account provided by us for the Service. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the name of the Store Owner, including the legal name of the owning company if applicable, is prominently display on the Store’s website.

Your YeetCommerce Store can only be associate with one Store Owner, although a Store Owner can have multiple YeetCommerce Stores. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to utilize YeetCommerce Checkout for your store. The term “Store” encompasses the online store (whether hosted by YeetCommerce or on a third-party website), any storefront built using the Storefront API, or physical retail location(s) linked to the Account.
As per the YeetCommerce pricing plan, you can create one or multiple staff accounts (“Staff Accounts”) to grant access to other individuals to your Account. Each Staff Account must include a full legal name and a valid email address. With Staff Accounts, the Store Owner can set permissions, permitting others to work within the Account while defining the level of access to specific business information. For example, the Store Owner can restrict Staff Account access to sales information on the Reports page or prevent them from altering general store settings.
The Store Owner is responsible for: (a) ensuring that its employees, agents, and subcontractors, including those with Staff Accounts, comply with these Terms of Service, and (b) handling any violations of these Terms of Service by the Store Owner’s employees, agents, or subcontractors. The Store Owner acknowledges and agrees that it is accountable for fulfilling all obligations under the Agreement, regardless of whether it delegates or subcontracts any of these obligations to third parties, including affiliates or subsidiaries.
The Store Owner and users with Staff Accounts are collectively refer to as “YeetCommerce Users.”
Upon purchasing any subscription plan from YeetCommerce, they will automatically create several payment accounts for you based on your location and preferences. These may include PayPal Express Checkout, Stripe Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay accounts. As a subscriber, it is your responsibility to manage and maintain these accounts according to your preferences and needs. Each payment method is govern by its own terms of service, and you agree to adhere to them when using them for transactions on YeetCommerce.
As a store owner, it is your duty to activate and uphold these accounts. If you choose not to use any of them, you must deactivate them. Each payment method has its own terms of service that you consent to by utilizing them on your YeetCommerce store. In case of any modifications to these terms, it is your responsibility to review and accept them or deactivate the relevant payment method.
The Services encompass a range of features and functionalities. It’s important to understand that not all Services or features may be available to all Merchants at all times, and we are not obligate to provide any Services or features in any specific jurisdiction. Within the limitations outlined in these Terms of Service or by applicable law, we reserve the right to modify the Services or any part of them for any reason, without prior notice, and at our discretion.
YeetCommerce doesn’t perform prior screening of Materials, retaining sole discretion to decline or delete any Materials across the Services. This includes situations where we, at our sole discretion, determine that the goods or services you provide through the Services, or the Materials you upload or post on the Services, violate our AUP (Acceptable Use of Policy) or the Terms of Service.
Immediate termination of the Account will result from any form of verbal or written abuse, including threats or retaliation, directed towards any YeetCommerce staff, member, or officer.
We reserve the right to offer our Services to your competitors without agreeing to exclusivity. You also acknowledge and agree that employees and contractors of YeetCommerce may act as customers or merchants of YeetCommerce and potentially compete with you. However, it is clear that they will not use your Confidential Information.
In case of a dispute concerning the ownership of an Account, we reserve the right to request documentation to establish or confirm Account ownership. Such documentation may include, but is not limit to, a scanned copy of your business license, a government-issued photo ID, the last four digits of the credit card linked to the Account, or verification of your employment status with an organization.
YeetCommerce holds the authority, at our sole discretion, to determine rightful Account ownership and transfer an Account to the rightful Store Owner. If we are unable to reasonably identify the rightful Store Owner, without prejudicing our other rights and remedies, YeetCommerce reserves the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate an Account until a resolution is reach between the disputing parties.
By utilizing your YeetCommerce Store, you acknowledge and agree to provide public-facing contact information, a refund policy, and order fulfillment timelines.
You acknowledge and agree that the Services provided by YeetCommerce do not operate as a marketplace, and any sales contract formed through the Services directly involves you and the customer. You are solely accountable for all aspects of your YeetCommerce Store, including its operation, the content you provide (Materials), the goods and services offered, and managing transactions with customers. This responsibility includes authorizing customer charges, handling refunds and returns, ensuring legal compliance, addressing fraudulent activities, and resolving any disputes or violations of applicable laws or these Terms of Service. You also confirm that all information provided on your Store, including the goods and services offered, complies with laws and regulations and does not infringe on the rights of third parties. YeetCommerce does not function as the seller or merchant of record and assumes no responsibility for your Store or the items sold through the Services.
You are fully accountable for the goods or services sold through the Services, including their descriptions, prices, taxes, legal disclosures, regulatory compliance, and promotional content. It’s important to ensure that everything aligns with applicable laws and regulations.
Using the YeetCommerce Services for any illegal or unauthorize activities is strictly prohibite You must comply with the laws in your jurisdiction, those applicable to your customers, and US laws, including copyright laws. Furthermore, you agree to abide by all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, which includes obtaining and adhering to any required licenses or permits for operating your store.
You must keep a valid payment method on file with us to cover all incurred and recurring Fees. YeetCommerce will charge the relevant Fees to any valid payment method you have authorized (“Authorized Payment Method”). We will continue to charge the Authorize Payment Method for applicable Fees until the Services are terminate, and all outstanding Fees are pay in full. Unless specific otherwise, all Fees and charges are in U.S. dollars, and payments will be process in U.S. currency.
Subscription Fees are “prepaid” and will be invoice every 30 days, which we refer to as “Billing Dates.” Transaction Fees and Additional Fees may be incurred at YeetCommerce’s discretion and will be charge accordingly. Any outstanding Fees not previously charge will be bill on each Billing Date. Invoices will be sent to the Store Owner’s Primary Email Address and will also be available on the Account page of the Store’s administrative console. Users have approximately two weeks to address and resolve any billing issues related to Subscription Fees.
If payment of Fees using an Authorized Payment Method fails, we may try to process payment using another Authorized Payment Method. If payment remains unsuccessful within 28 days of the initial attempt, we may suspend your Account and access to the Services. To reactivate your Account, payment of outstanding Fees plus those for the next billing cycle is require. During suspension, access to your Account or storefront may be limits. Failure to pay outstanding Fees within 60 days of suspension may lead to termination of your Account by YeetCommerce.
All Fees exclude any Taxes imposed by federal, provincial, state, local, or other governmental authorities, including sales taxes, goods and services taxes (such as the Goods and Services Tax Act, Chapter 117A of Singapore), harmonized taxes, or any other applicable fees or charges, whether currently in effect or enacted in the future.
You’re accountable for any applicable taxes associate with your subscription or purchase from YeetCommerce, determine by the billing address you supply. These taxes are separate from the fees and will be add to your payment method. If you’re exempt, you must provide proof, such as a valid certificate. Tax exemption begins only after we receive satisfactory evidence. If taxes are not charge, you’re responsible for determining if they’re payable and self-remittance to the appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, withholding, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, fees, surcharges, and additional charges that arise from sales on your YeetCommerce Store or your use of the Services. Please note that the Services do not act as a marketplace, and any sales transactions conducted through them are directly between you and the customer.
It is essential to keep your location information current in the administrative console of your YeetCommerce Store. If you change jurisdictions, you must update your location promptly in the administrative console.
Please be aware that YeetCommerce does not provide refunds.
Confidential Information refers to all non-public details related to a party’s business operations, including specific business data, technical procedures, software, customer and potential customer information, product designs, financial details, and marketing strategies. This also includes any information about YeetCommerce and its services that is not publicly know, such as security protocols.
Both parties agree to use each other’s Confidential Information only for fulfilling their obligations under the Terms of Service and any other relevant obligations. They also agree to take reasonable measures to protect this information, similar to how they protect their own proprietary data, from duplication, disclosure, or unauthorized use. Exceptions include sharing with authorize personnel who require access for fulfilling obligations under the agreement or as require by law, provide the disclosing party is promptly notify and efforts are make to maintain confidentiality.
Confidential Information does not include data that the receiving party can demonstrate was already publicly know, independently develop without reference to the other party’s information, or obtain from a third party without violating the Terms of Service.
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that, as permitted by applicable laws, YeetCommerce shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This encompasses damages such as loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service or these Terms of Service. This limitation applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence.
You are responsible for any violation of the Terms of Service commit by your affiliates, agents, or subcontractors. Any such violation will be attribute to you as if it were your own breach.
Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, whether express, implied, or statutory.
YeetCommerce does not guarantee that the Services will be un-interrupt, timely, secure, or error-free.
YeetCommerce holds no responsibility for any tax obligations or liabilities you may have concerning your use of YeetCommerce’s services.
YeetCommerce does not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials obtain through the Services will meet your expectations, nor does it assure that any errors in the Services will be correct.
All content provide within or accessible through any YeetCommerce Service, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is own by YeetCommerce or its content suppliers. This content is protects by both the United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all such content within any YeetCommerce Service is exclusively own by YeetCommerce and is protect by U.S. and international copyright laws.
When using YeetCommerce’s services, you agree not to use any trademarks, logos, or service marks of YeetCommerce, whether registered or unregistered, including “YeetCommerce” (“YeetCommerce Trademarks”), unless you have explicit written authorization from YeetCommerce. Additionally, you agree not to adopt any marks that could potentially create confusion with the YeetCommerce Trademarks. This includes refraining from using any variations or misspellings of the YeetCommerce Trademarks that might cause confusion.
Moreover, you agree not to acquire, register, or use search engine or other pay-per-click keywords (such as Google Ads), trademarks, email addresses, social media handles, or domain names (including top-level domains, sub-domains, and page URLs) that contain or resemble YeetCommerce or YeetCommerce Trademarks, or any terms that could cause confusion with the YeetCommerce Trademarks.
You acknowledge and agree that the Terms of Service do not grant you any rights to use YeetCommerce patents.
The Services enable you to send specific communications to your customers via short message service (SMS) messaging, known as the “SMS Services.” You agree to use the SMS Services in accordance with these Terms of Service, any other relevant terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy), and the laws of the jurisdiction from which you send messages, as well as the jurisdiction where your messages are receive.
The designer retains ownership of the Theme’s intellectual property rights. Should you exceed the rights granted by your Theme purchase, the designer reserves the right to pursue legal action against you. When utilizing Email Services, ensure compliance with applicable laws related to spam, privacy, security, defamation, intellectual property, and other relevant areas. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to YeetCommerce’s Privacy Policy. Take reasonable precautions to refrain from transmitting sensitive personal data, such as medical information or political beliefs, through Email Services. It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to these guidelines and regulations.
If you or a customer become aware of or suspect any violations of the Email Services Requirements, please report them to YeetCommerce at Sales@YeetCommerce.com. YeetCommerce will assess compliance with the Email Services Requirements at its discretion.
The Mobile App functions as a sales channel available only to Eligible Merchants, displaying content from your YeetCommerce Store. If you wish to exclude your content from appearing on the Mobile App, it is your responsibility to handle or deactivate this feature.
The Mobile App is design for Eligible Merchants to interact with Mobile App Users.
The Mobile App is an essential component of our Services, governed by the same terms and conditions. YeetCommerce retains the right to refuse access to the Mobile App to any Merchant without prior notice and for any reason.
Your Materials, including product listings and trademarks, may be showcas on the Mobile App. However, transactions initiate on the Mobile App are finalize on your YeetCommerce Store.
When using the Mobile App and Materials, ensure compliance with our Mobile App Merchant Guidelines, Terms of Service, Additional Terms, and relevant laws.
YeetCommerce does not mediate disputes between you and your customers, including Mobile App Users.
Content on the Mobile App is rank according to factors such as relevance, image quality, and user engagement. For further information, please consult our Mobile App help documentation.
To exclude your Materials from appearing on the Mobile App, handle or deactivate the service via the Mobile App merchant channel. If the Mobile App merchant channel is unavailable in your country, reach out to support for guidance. Deleting your YeetCommerce Account will also remove your Materials from the Mobile App.
We do not assume responsibility for third-party services, so use them at your own discretion. If you choose to utilize Third Party Services on the YeetCommerce platform, you consent to us sharing your data (and possibly your Customers’ data) with those services. By using Third Party Services, you understand that we do not provide any warranty, and it is recommend to seek advice beforehand.
Cancellation of your User Account or any associated services, whether provided by YeetCommerce or Third Party Services, may lead to the loss of certain content, features, or capacity of your User Account. This includes User Content, End User data, or other usage data, which is termed as “Capacity Loss.” YeetCommerce is not responsible for Capacity Loss and does not guarantee the preservation of backups for your User Account, User Content, or End User data. Please be aware that reactivating a User Account or any services may result in additional Fees at the discretion of YeetCommerce.
Upon termination of your User Account or User Platform, YeetCommerce reserves the right to delete all data as part of standard procedures. Once your User Account or User Platform is terminate, data cannot be recover.
YeetCommerce provides access to AI Tools and Products as part of its Services. These tools assist in creating content for your User Platform and allow you to provide AI interaction features to your End Users. This section is relevant if you utilize AI Services within YeetCommerce.
You agree that both your input and your End Users’ input are consider User Content, as define earlier, and acknowledge that the Terms apply to all such input, as permitted by applicable law.
Due to the unpredictable nature of AI technology, YeetCommerce cannot guarantee that the output generated by AI Services will meet your or your End Users’ needs or expectations. We disclaim responsibility and liability for various aspects of the output, such as accuracy, legality, or quality, especially in sensitive areas like medical or legal topics. The output may also infringe on someone else’s rights or lack uniqueness. Therefore:
YeetCommerce enables you to incorporate pixels into your store using the “YeetCommerce Pixel Manager,” which allows you or a third party to monitor customer events. You can manage these pixels through your store’s administrative console interface.
YeetCommerce may collect data concerning the YeetCommerce Pixel Manager, such as its usage, added scripts, and implementation methods. This data is use to improve, protect, and advance the functionality of the YeetCommerce Pixel Manager.
YeetCommerce upholds the protection of intellectual property and expects its merchants to do the same. We have a policy in place to address all reports of alleged copyright infringement. Individuals who believe that a merchant on our platform is violating their intellectual property rights can submit a DMCA Notice to YeetCommerce’s designated agent using our provided form. Upon receiving a DMCA Notice, we may take action to remove or disable access to the alleged infringing materials. If a merchant disputes the complaint, they have the option to submit a counter notification through our form. The original complainant then has 14 business days from the receipt of a counter notification to seek a court order restraining the merchant from continuing the infringing activity; otherwise, we will restore the material.
YeetCommerce is committe to protecting the privacy of your personal information and that of your customers. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to YeetCommerce’s handling of this personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In situations where YeetCommerce processes personal information of your customers as a “data processor” or “service provider” under specific data privacy or protection laws like the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act, YeetCommerce’s collection and use of personal information are govern by compliance with these laws.
YeetCommerce operates as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), a business structure that grants its owners limited liability protection. Being an LLC affords YeetCommerce’s owners, commonly known as members, protection against personal liability for the company’s debts or legal obligations. This structure offers YeetCommerce the flexibility in management and taxation while ensuring a level of protection for its owners.
The Terms of Service will begin upon your successful registration for using a Service and will continue until either party terminates them, as described below (referred to as the “Term”).
You can choose to cancel your Account and terminate the Terms of Service at any time by reaching out to YeetCommerce Support and following the instructions outlined in the response from YeetCommerce.
In addition to any other available actions, we retain the right to suspend or terminate your Account or the Terms of Service without prior notice and for any reason (unless prohibited by law). This includes instances where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity associate with your use of the Services, whether proven through conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or by other means. The termination of the Terms of Service will not impact any rights or obligations that existed prior to the termination date.
When either party terminates the Services for any reason:
If there are any unpaid Fees at the termination date of the Service, you’ll receive a final invoice via email. Once this invoice is settle, you won’t incur further charges.
If you got a domain name via YeetCommerce, upon cancellation, your domain won’t be automatically renew. After termination, you’ll be solely responsible for managing all aspects of your domain with the domain provider.
We retain the right to update or modify any portion of the YeetCommerce Terms of Service at our discretion. If the changes materially affect your use of the Services or your rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice through email, the YeetCommerce administrative console, or similar means. However, immediate changes may be makes that significantly impact your use or rights due to legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or safety reasons. Unless otherwise specified, changes to the Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after notice or posting indicates acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Services.
YeetCommerce also reserves the right to adjust the Fees for its Services periodically. We will notify you of any Fee changes with a 30-day advance notice via email to the Primary Email Account, through the YeetCommerce administrative console, or using similar methods. YeetCommerce will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services (or any part thereof).
YeetCommerce welcomes users to share ideas and suggestions for enhancing the Services. However, any feedback provided to YeetCommerce, whether directly or via hosted forums, is not consider confidential and does not entail compensation expectations. By submitting feedback, you relinquish any rights to it, granting YeetCommerce the freedom to implement and utilize it without necessitating permission or a license. Feedback should be accurate and lawful, and any reviews of Third Party Services or Providers must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe upon rights. Although YeetCommerce has the authority to remove or modify feedback, it does not regularly monitor posted feedback.
